Dr. Rhonda Dula is a retired Operations Management Analyst from the Office International Affairs (OIA) at the United States Department of Homeland Security, the United States Military in the Southeast Asia and North Atlantic Treaty Organization. Before joining Homeland Security, she worked with the United States Treasury - Customs Service, Counter Drug Enforcement Task Force, and (CMA) - California Military Academy and served in the U.S. Women’s Military Forces Vietnam where she received the National Humanitarian Service Award. She's been recognized as one of 2,000 most notable women in America for leadership and excellence in all aspects of International Public Service.
